Although a sudden back pain may be associated with a severe injury such as a fall or a car accident or a sports injury, but in reality The most common cause of low back pain is actually ‘recurrent micro-trauma’ to the joints of the spine and their supporting structures. These small and repetitive injuries occur frequently over a period of time are mostly related to and effected by what we do at home and at work. These small injuries take years to develop to reach the symptom stage. But because people ignore them as a simple occurrence, they reach a point where the problem becomes more severe and requires a long term treatment plan.
